Law on the Right of Access to Information allows access to information to all domestic and foreign natural and legal persons, under equal rights and conditions.
THE RIGHT TO ACCESS OF INFORMATION
The right to access of information and reuse of information
Pursuant to Article 3 of the Law on the right of access to information (Official Gazette, No 25/13, 85/15), the right to access of information to legal and natural persons is regulated through openness and publicity of activities of government entities.
The right to access of information and reuse of information covers the right of users to request and receive information and the obligation of a government entity to allow access to requested information, i.e., to publish information regardless of the request when such disclosure arises from an obligation specified by law or other regulation.
The right to access of information and reuse of information is regulated pursuant to the Law on the Right of Access to Information (Official Gazette, No 25/13, 85/15). The Law regulates principles of the right to access of information and reuse of information, restrictions of the right to access of information and reuse of information, the procedure for exercising and protecting the right to access of information and reuse of information.
