No, osim povećanja troškova osoblja, takve će maloprodaje biti uzrokovane i nemarom osoblja. Stradaju prava kupaca odnosno vlasnika, a da ne govorimo da je to zastarjelo i staromodno. Kako bismo riješili taj problem, studenti i ja smo izmislili automatsku trgovinu bez osoblja, što znači da u trgovini nema osoblja. Nakon što kupci uđu u trgovinu, mogu kupovati i odjavljivati ​​se na samoposlužni način, bez čekanja u redu za plaćanje, tako da kupci mogu "uzeti i ostaviti" nove maloprodajne trgovine. Predmetni izum odnosi se na automatsku trgovinu bez posade, koja ostvaruje sigurnosni zaštitni mehanizam za kupnju pomoću tehničke opreme kao što su metalni senzori, Internet of Things, senzori težine, tehnologija prepoznavanja slike, radiofrekvencijska identifikacija, AI i veliki podaci. Prije ulaska u trgovinu kupci trebaju preuzeti ekskluzivnu APP putem svog mobitela, registrirati se kao član, vezati kreditnu ili debitnu karticu te skenirati kod za ulazak u trgovinu za konzumaciju. Strop cijele trgovine opremljen je AI sustavom nadzora. Od trenutka kada kupac uđe u trgovinu, monitor će zabilježiti kretanje kupca, pregledavati proizvode, uzimati, provjeravati etiketu ili vraćati proizvod, itd.
