Naziv inovacije: Poliester-eter poliol/montmorilonit kompoziti za polu fleksibilne (nano)kompozitne poliuretanske pjene i proces njihove proizvodnje
Kratki opis inovacije: Izum se odnosi na postupak za prilagođavanje kemijske strukture/sastava poliester-poliola i korištenje specifičnih katalizatora, s ciljem interkaliranja slojeva montmorilonita tijekom reakcija sinteze, uz zadržavanje odgovarajućih svojstava proizvoda potrebnih za pripremu poliuretanskih polufleksibilnih pjena. . Priznaje se potpora dobivena kroz projekt Razvoj kroz inovacije (Dezvoltare prin inovare), SMIS 139532, Ugovor br. 7433/23.12.2021., projekt sufinanciran iz Europskog fonda za regionalni razvoj kroz Regionalni operativni program 2014.-2020.

Kratki opis inovacije: The invention relates to a process for tailoring the polyester-polyols chemical structure/ composition and using specific catalysts, aiming to intercalate the montmorillonite layers during the synthesis reactions, while maintaining the appropriate properties of the products required for the preparation of polyurethane semi-flexible foams. It is acknowledged the support obtained through the project Development through innovation (Dezvoltare prin inovare), SMIS 139532, Contract no. 7433/23.12.2021, project co financed from the European Regional Development Fund through the Regional Operational Program 2014-2020.
