Conflict of interest
Pursuant to Article 80 of the Public Procurement Act (Official Gazette, No 120/16), the contracting authority, TERA Tehnopolis Ltd., Osijek, Square of Ljudevit Gaj 6, shall not enter into public procurement contracts with the following economic operators (as a tenderer, member of the group of economic operators or subcontractor):
- TECHNOLOGICA Ltd.
- TEHNOSTART ASSOCIATION
- Izjave o postojanju/nepostojanju sukoba interesa
